About
I work across IT operations, systems engineering, automation, and software development. Much of my software work comes from identifying inefficient workflows, repetitive tasks, or technical limitations and building tooling to address them.
In operations work that means support automation, ticket intake and routing, workflow design, integrations between systems, and internal tools that take manual steps out of day-to-day processes. That work is internal and isn't published.
The public projects are where I explore computer vision and alternative input, in AirMouse and Sightline, and where most of the effort goes into what makes software dependable: state handling, safety, testing, and packaging. The AirMouse repository, for example, keeps a validation record of what has been tested and what still needs a person at a webcam.
